As our world is starting to return to ‘normal’ and there is an excitement to get back to in-person events, it has been clear that Virtual and Hybrid events will still have a place in our future. Over the last year, the events industry has spent the time learning and developing new technologies and looking at new ways to deliver events.

The accessibility of virtual events have allowed people to attend events that happen in other parts of the province, country or even the world. Without the need to travel, it gives options for attendees to save time and costs to attend events that they may not have had the opportunity to do so previously. In addition, with virtual event technology, there has also been a greater level of making events accessible with translation, captioning, volume and text control, and so on.
